We currently have availability to support  people in their own homes. We have stocks of all necessary protective equipment, and are following all Government guidelines. All our colleagues supporting people in the community are being tested for COVID-19 every week.

We can also offer "no-contact" support through shopping and phone calls. Read more about our COVID-19 response here.

We support you to live happily and safely in your own home.

We put people first. Care is not a 'to do' list. It’s about supporting you to live as independently as possible. Whether you are looking for companionship, personal care, social activities, help around the house, support to look and feel great, shopping and meals or help to use technology like smartphones, our Wellbeing Support Workers will give you the best support possible.

A team you can count on.

Our Wellbeing Support Workers are local. They work in small, neighbourhood-based teams who know the area and can help connect you to other people around shared interests. Our commitment is to provide the same high quality service that we would want for our loved ones. We care for and value our employees paying them guaranteed hours significantly higher than average to reward them for their dedication and hard work.

Just enough support.

Not everyone is keen or ready to accept they need support to live at home. Everyone is different, so our Wellbeing Support Workers are skilled in adjusting to meet people’s needs while maintaining people’s independence as far as possible. We take our time to really get to know people and build trusting relationships.

Every day is different.

Because every day is different, your Wellbeing Support Workers will flex to your needs and aspirations. You pay a monthly membership for a package tailored to the outcomes which are important to you.

Wellbeing packages

No more feeling rushed. No more wasted hours. No more clock watching.

We believe care should adapt to your needs, mood and aspirations. We charge monthly packages that include a set of outcomes with a number of weekly visits. We offer personal care, organise social activities, make daily calls, drive you to appointments, help you video call family and easily share photos, do housekeeping, and prepare meals. Our teams are trained to offer support to people living with dementia, Parkinsons or cancer, or those needing support after leaving hospital.

We flex to your needs.
