We currently have availability to support people in their own homes. We have stocks of all necessary protective equipment, and are following all Government guidelines. All our colleagues supporting people in the community are being tested for COVID-19 every week.
We can also offer "no-contact" support through shopping and phone calls. Read more about our COVID-19 response here.
We support you to live happily and safely in your own home.
We put people first. Care is not a 'to do' list. It’s about supporting you to live as independently as possible. Whether you are looking for companionship, personal care, social activities, help around the house, support to look and feel great, shopping and meals or help to use technology like smartphones, our Wellbeing Workers will give you the best support possible.

We build relationships
“Wellbeing Teams treat me as a whole. You all do. I am a person and you know that. Other services like the hospital have labelled me as a stroke victim.”
— person supported by Wellbeing Team,
“I just want to say how much I love the people we support. This week I’ve been staying with a lot of them to learn more about their lives. I have learnt so much. B. has some really juicy stories and has had me on the floor laughing. W. is perhaps the most knowledgeable man I have ever met. L. has taught me some important life lessons. M. has taught me to appreciate my family more. J. has taught me to see the funny side of every situation as well as it’s ok to have a good cry every now and then. I just love this job.”
— Louisa, Wellbeing Worker,
“Thank you to all the carers. I found it amazing when I visited to find carers who not only accepted him as they found him, but were open and generous with him.”
— Best friend of a person supported by Wellbeing Teams,
