We're recruiting a Regional Wellbeing Support Leader. 

Do you have experience of leading regulated services in the world of health and care? Are you keen to make a big difference to people’s lives and have the courage to help create something new?

BelleVie are looking for a Regional Wellbeing Support Leader, to pioneer the development of self-managing care and support teams in the North East of England.

The role

  • To become the CQC Registered Manager for BelleVie in the North East of England. 

  • To have financial accountability for the development and running of  BelleVie in the North East region. 

  • To lead on the recruitment, training and development of high calibre people, in self-managing teams, delivering outstanding care and support.

  • To live your values and champion ours as you coach our teams of Wellbeing Support Workers.

  • To foster our culture of appreciation and openness, challenging one another to be the best we possibly can.

  • To contribute to BelleVie’s learning and development as we pioneer a new way of working.

  • To lead on attracting self funding clients to BelleVie and working with them and their families to decide and plan for what great support looks like.

  • To put the people we support at the centre of all our thinking, delivering great, imaginative outcomes, whatever their needs.

  • To  become part of a self-managing central team at BelleVie. A team with a variety of skills and experience who will support you to be the best you can.
