We’re not your typical care at home company.  Yes, we deliver all the practical support you need, but we also spend time getting to know you so we can support you to live the life you want at home. Whatever a good day is for you, be it breakfast in bed, company to watch your favourite soap or a visit to the local coffee shop – your home, your rules.

Valuing our people

We continuously invest in our teams because we believe the better the team, the higher the quality of care. We value our colleagues and the fantastic work they do, which is why we are an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means we attract top professionals, and we are committed to paying our Wellbeing Support Workers the real living wage, rather than the government minimum.

Per person not per hour

Unlike other providers, at BelleVie we don’t charge per hour. Instead, we offer a simple, easy to understand fixed price monthly package. This allows us to focus on you and not on the clock. We understand that some days you might need us to stay a little longer, or you may need someone to pick up your shopping – because we are a support system for you and your family, this is all included in your monthly package price.

Just enough support

Our Wellbeing Support Workers are skilled in accommodating the needs of those we support, while maintaining their independence as much as possible. We review our care packages on a regular basis to ensure you are receiving the level of support that is right for you. Whether you need three visits a day or one visit a week, our care packages are tailored to your needs.
