Emma is a mum to four children, her eldest two are grown up and have left home and her youngest two are teenagers. Her family is very important to her, and she loves spending time with them whenever possible. She owns a dog, a tortoise, and giant African land snails. Before joining BelleVie she worked as a nursery assistant for 7 years.

Alice loved working in catering, has been an office manager and worked with children and young adults in education. She really enjoys being outside in her garden and the countryside and grew up in Cornwall. Her new hobby is learning about the local history of South Oxfordshire.

Camilla studied Theology before settling down to raise four children. She loves sewing and woodwork and enjoys getting away in her caravan with her husband, younger children and dogs.

Gemma was a support worker for adults with Learning Disabilities for many years, and a Teaching Assistant for primary school children with special needs. She likes spending time with her family, going out for meals, and to the theatre.

Kara has worked in the catering industry for over 7 years, primarily working in school kitchens as a catering assistant. She lives with her 5 children and 2 cats. Kara loves spending time outdoors, walking around forests and in the countryside. She enjoys reading and spending time with her children.

Forest is a young compassionate person who has worked predominantly in caring positions for both able and vulnerable people for most of his working life. He is a jovial upbeat person who is happy to take any chance to help.

Caroline enjoys working with people, and for many years has supported vulnerable children and families. She likes going out and having fun with family and friends, especially her four grandchildren. She enjoys walking and being outdoors but also reading, cooking and crafts and gardening.

Emma has always worked in care and has 30 years of experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities. Emma has 2 grown up children and 2 grandchildren. She plays badminton every week and enjoys baking and watching most sports.

Fraser is a very spontaneous person, last minute plans that he didn't see coming excite him a lot! He is a travel fanatic and before covid, used to go a place or two outside of the UK, explore, hike and eat in different lands. Fraser loves to go and see live music , cooking and gaming and enjoys doing this with family and friends.

Development Coach

Paula has worked in care most of her life and her last job specialised in Dementia Care. She worked as a Wellbeing Support Worker at BelleVie before becoming a Development Coach. Paula enjoys spending time reading and loves to sing. She has a variety of pets, including 2 dogs, a cat, and a tropical fish.
