How BelleVie works

Contact us, discuss your needs and meet our trusted assessor. It’s really that simple. Whether you prefer to talk on the phone or email we will communicate with you through your preferred channel and answer all of your questions from prices to specific services, before meeting you in person to design your support plan. Enquiry

Get in touch with us via email, phone or fill in the contact form to request a phone or video call back.

Step 2

Initial conversation

We visit you in your home to understand your needs and to find out what really matters to you. Together we will discuss and plan how we can best support you.

Step 3

Support plan created, care starts

Following the initial conversation, we will send you a monthly pricing package based on your needs. If you decide to go ahead, our Trusted Assessor will create a person-centre care and support plan and our Wellbeing Support Workers will start visiting.
