Our teams undergo comprehensive training in infection control. During the COVID-19 pandemic we have issued and regularly updated the guidance from the UK’s Public Health Authorities and World Health Organisation, particularly focused around handwashing and other hygiene measures. We have maintained good supplies of personal protective equipment during these challenging times.

Our care & support networks
We are members of several professional organisations, in order to work with other care providers, share best practices, and stay up to date on regulations. We form good working relationships with all other professionals involved in people’s care. We liaise on a daily basis with GP’s, Pharmacists, Occupational Therapists, District Nurses and with Age UK.
