The Viewing visit notes feature gives families greater visibility and peace of mind by allowing them to see updates from each completed visit through the app’s live Feed.

During every visit, wellbeing support workers record notes about the support provided, activities completed and any important observations or wellbeing updates. Families can securely view these updates as soon as the visit is completed, helping them stay informed and connected to their loved one’s day-to-day support.

The Feed creates a transparent picture of ongoing care and ensures important information is never missed.
