Our people are our strength

Every year, we ask everyone at BelleVie - from our Wellbeing Support Workers to the leadership team, across our teams in the North East, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire - to tell us honestly what it's like to work here.

A 2026 study of more than 500,000 UK employees found the average eNPS within the healthcare sector is just +20. Ours is +51, more than two and a half times the sector average, and 19 points above the benchmark across all sectors, not just care. Read our 2026 colleague survey results.

We also asked colleagues to sum up BelleVie in three words. The words that came up again and again? Supportive. Caring. Rewarding. Closely followed by compassionate, friendly, flexible, and teamwork.
