We understand how difficult the transition into care can be for the families of those we support.
To help we offer all family members the 'BelleVie Way' app. This shows real-time care notes as they happen, and a secure chat group with the care team.
As soon as a visit happens you will know about it, and we're always there for you for any questions or concerns. Our operating model means your loved one gets the time and support they need from us.
Employee recruitment and retention in the care sector is challenging, with vacancies 3 times higher than the national average for other sectors.
At BelleVie we look for innovative ways to address these issues: building a positive workplace culture where staff feel valued and supported, using technology to reduce admin pressures, and creating a structure where our teams are free from the pressures of time and task management.
This starts with the personality and values survey TeamFit, to really understand what drives and inspires people.

BelleVie is based on the Buurtzorg model, which revolutionised nursing and personal care in the Netherlands with its focus on patient autonomy and self-managing teams. This empowers carers and improves the standard of care for the people we support.
We are also the first home care provider to integrate the Adult Social Care Outcomes Toolkit (ASCOT) to truly deliver outcome-focused care.
This is delivered through our own Wellbeing OS technology platform, co-designed with carers and the people we support.
BelleVie also works closely with Skills for Care, sharing our operating model and workforce practices to help improve adult social care across England.

BelleVie Care has built a strong reputation for challenging traditional models of domiciliary care, with its awards recognising not only quality of care but also its innovative use of technology, workforce model and approach to redesigning how care is delivered. The strongest theme across its awards is innovation through technology-enabled, person-centred care.
Key awards and recognition
BelleVie has repeatedly been recognised for its technology innovation, thanks to the impact of its internally developed Wellbeing Operating System (OS), which was co-designed with care leaders and teams and supports BelleVie's self-managing care model. These awards recognise technology not as a replacement for human care, but as an enabler that allows carers to spend more time building relationships and delivering personalised support. Recent awards include:
Home Care Awards – Innovative Technology Expertise (Winner)
Home Care Awards 2024 – Gold Grand Prix Winner and Innovative Technology Expertise
LaingBuisson Awards 2025 – Innovation in Care finalist
