TeamFit is a values and personality based recruitment and retention tool. It is designed to help organisations recruit people who are the right cultural and team fit, improve team performance, and reduce staff turnover.
Developed by experienced psychologists and underpinned by data science, it provides insights into candidates' personalities, values and behavioural preferences to support more informed hiring decisions.
Candidates complete a simple, mobile-friendly survey, creating a positive application experience which generates a detailed profile. TeamFit then compares each candidate against the organisation's existing workforce and team averages, helping recruiters identify how well they align with current teams and organisational values. The platform also supports the interview process by highlighting tailored questions that explore areas requiring further discussion, enabling more meaningful and consistent interviews.
Beyond recruitment, TeamFit can be used to assess existing teams over time, helping organisations understand team dynamics, identify development opportunities and optimise team composition. Through its administrative dashboard, organisations can view survey results, compare candidates, manage company benchmarks and export data to gain ongoing insights into the personality, values, and skills of potential employees.
