In 2019, BelleVie Care set its roots in the picturesque village of Abingdon, Oxfordshire, where we established our first community-based care team. Since that time, we have been on a mission to redefine care-at-home services, with a vision inspired by the highly successful Dutch ‘Buurtzorg’ model, a pioneering approach in the Netherlands. The Buurtzorg model is built on the principles of small, self-managing community teams providing care within their local neighbourhoods, delivering consistent care and fostering trusted relationships.
